CHARGES OF FRAUD.
A BIRMINGHAM SOLICITOR ARRESTED. ORIBS ASSOCIATION-.! (Received September 30, 9.30 a,m.) LONDON, 29th September. Robert Harding Milward, a leading Birmingham solicitor, has btten arrested on charges of large misappropriation of trust funds. BERLIN, 29th September. Herren Doehm and Henninger, directors of the Rheioau Macheim Chemical Company, of Germany, have been arrested on a charge of falsifying books so as to conceal the fact of gradual business losses, absorbing the entire capital of £125,000.
