BEDUCTION OF SALARIES IN VICTORIA. [PIIESS ASSOCIATION.] MELBOURNE, 19th August. Bills containing the State Government's retrenchment proposals hovobeen circulated. They .provide for the coining into force on the Ist of the present month ,to 30th June next of reductions ranging from 3 to 10 per cent, on all salaries over £125. THE DUTIES ON FODDER.
