The match at Miramar on Saturday between the Masterton and Miramar Clubs was won by the Wellington Combination by 37 points to 3. The scores were as follows «— J. Coom, 9, v. D. Donald, 0; D. Ritchie, 2, v. W. R. Qalwey, 0 j W. Higginson, 0, v. C Bidwill, 3}3 } M. Ross, 5, v. W. M. Lombie, 0; C. Pearce, 3, jr. W. BeHar, 0; C. Nathan, 4, v. W. Robieson, 0$ C. A. Richardson, 0, V. — Christie, 0; R. Carter, 4, v. C. Cox, Oj W. Reid, 4, v. C. D. Pharazyn, 0 ; F. Leclrie, 3, v. E. C. Chaffer, 0; E. S. Pearoe, 0, v. Viviaa Donald, 0. The semi-final of tho Wellington Golf Club's championship has been won by D. Ptyde, who" beat C. Gore by 1 up. Pryde and the winner of the Duncan-Abbott contest will meet in the final. The scores in the first round of the Hutt Ladies' Golf Club championship were as f ollows : — Miss Riddiford beat Miss Foster, 1 up; Miss Humfrey beat Mrs. Climie, sup and 4to play ; Miss Fitiherbert beat Mia* I. Fitzherbert, 8 fup and 7 to play; Mrs. A. Pearoe a bye. In the second round, Mrs. A. Pearce beat Miss Riddiford, 6 up and 5 to play; Mies Fitzheerbert beat Miss Hurnfrey, 6up and 4 to play. In the finals, Mrs. A. Pearce beat Miss Fitrher* bert, 2 up and 1 to play.
