Intercessory services w ere held throughout tho Empire yesterday. Many striking tokens of foreign sorrow wero shown. A. beautiful and imprpssive service, with the most representative congregation ever seen in St. Paul's, was held yesterday. Among those present were the Archbhhous of Canterbury und York, man/ Bishops, members of tho Royal Family, Minister'!. ex-Ministers, the Lord Mayor, filieriils, Sir Wilfrid and Lady Laurier,
