THE CORN AND INCOME TAXES TO BE RETAINED. [PIIESS ASSOCIATION.] ** (Received June 5, 2.25 p.m.) LONDON, 4th June. In the House of Commons, Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, Chancellor ot tho Exchequer, announced that it was intended to adhere to the corn duty and increased incomo tax.
