AUCKLAND, 23rd April. The Autumn Meeting of the Avondale Jockey Club concluded to-day. The sum passed through the totahsator was £7405. Following are tho final results: — Autumu Handicap, of 125 soys; one mile.— jUessi*. Nathan's Laetitia, by Soaton Doluvol — Wisa Letty, 7st 91b (Buchanan), 1; St. Olga, 7st 91b, 2> Defender, 7st 6lb, 3. Also started—Highlander Bst 61b. Val Rosa 9st 41b, Sundial 7»t 7lb, VoJee 7st 61b, Taplow 7st, Qoetzer 7st. Highlander got left badly. Won by four longths. Time, lmiu 46sec. Dividends, £4 7s and £4 6s, Nursery Iluudicftp, of 75 aova; six furlongs.— MesBVB, Nathan's Northumberland, by kuaton DelaveJ— Campania, Bst 101b (Buchanan), 1; Qeordie, 7st, 2; Austerlita, Bst 71b, 3. Also ran—Muskerdale 7rt, Lavadel 7st. Won by a length. Time, lrain 20sec. Dividend, £1 11s. Handicap Steeplechase, of 100 soys; about three miles.— Mr. J. Sultana came in collision with a flag- post, and lost her rider ; Parihaka fell; Evening Wonder, Kaipai, and Pungarehu ran off. Dingo and Tarragon wore left leading Kowhai Dy fifty lengths, but mistook the way into the straight, and left Kowhai to come in first by ten lengths from Tarragon, who had been pulled up and got on to the course proper again. A protest against Tarragon receiving second money on the ground that he ran outside a post was upheld. Time, 7min 22sec. Dividends, £17 9s and £13 12s. . Hack Handicap, of 50 soys: -six furlongs. — Mr. C. Lovett's Mechanic, by Hotchkiss- Mantilla, Bet 121b (Jilling), 1 ; Frances Lovejoy, 7st 7lb, 2 ; La Polish, 7«t, 3. Also started— Green-and-Gold 9st, Gatelock 7st 71b, Minna 7st, Midnight 7st. Won by two lengths. Time, lmin 19 2-ssec. Dividends, £1 15s and £1 17s. Waitakerei Handicap, of 80 soya; six furlongs. — Mr. W. M'Donald's Geologist, by Pounamu — Seraph, la\> 51b (Rynn), 151 5 Reclaimer, 9st, 2 ; Hospor, 6st 71b, 3.
