Kennedy,, by way of a set-off against statements made by Mr. Jones relative to that vessel. He made no address, beyond stating that his views were in accord with those of the other employer* who had spoken. Mr. Jones then replied on the union's behalf, and at the conclusion of his address the Board adjourned the dispute till the* 10th inst., to give an opportunity to the outside parties cited to appear.
