HIGHLAND PARK.
The well-known Highland Park property bolonging to the estate of the late Hon. W. B. Rhodes is now open for settlument. In order to meet the increasing demand for building areas adjacent to the oity, the trustees iiP the Rhodes estate have decided to subdivide into building sites this fine property, containing upwards of 140 acres. They have appointed Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. and Mr. Thomas Ward sole agents for the disposal of the property, which is now being surveyed by Mr. Ward and subdivided into suitable sites. By making early application to the agents intending purchasers can arrange to have allotments surveyed to suit their requirements. It is promised that every facility will be given to buyers, and the 1 terns will be on an exceptionally liberal basis Although adjoining "Wellington the property i» in the Onslow Borough, and thus free from heavy city rates ; while it is in tire most" healthy part of the residential area and commands an unequalled ?iew of the harbour.
