Vocalist galloped eleven furlongs this morning in 3min 33£ sec, Dreamland and Strutter ten furlongs in 2min 214 sec, Gauleon, Rock Gun, and Australia a. mile in lmin 50sec, Black Watch a mile in lmin 54sec, Ibex six furlongs in lmin 19sec, Haymaker a mile in lmin 49sec, Grasspan and San Fran nine furlongs in 2min l£sec, Hautvillers and The Bride nine furlongs in 2min 3sec. Australian Colours and Flagship, shoeless, .went together ten lurlongs. The latter won easily in 2min 14sec. Betting.— Caulfield Cup— Ten to 1 each against Warrior and Ampier, 12 to 1 George Frederick, 14 to 1 each Grasspan, Wakeful, and Hymettus, 16 to 1 Lucknow. Derby — Ten to 9 on Hautvillers. Melbourne Cvp — Ten to 1 against Australian Colours. Hautvillers was well backed at 12's.
