{BY ELEOTBIO TELEGBAPH. — COPTBIGHT.] POLITICAL PARTIES IN HUNGARY. « , FATAL ELECTION RIOTS. > Tfbess association.! BUDA PESTH, sth October. At the Hungarian elections a follower of M. Franz Kossuth defeated M. Tisza, a former Premier, and a prominent Liberal leader, for the Grossward,ein seat in the Lower House of the Reichsarth. M. Tisza now withdraws from politics. ■The Liberals lost thirty-four seats ; the Kossuthites won seventeen. Election riots occurred at Punczthely, and elsewhere in Hungary. Twenty persons were killed and seventeen were wounded.
