BOER RAIDERS.
COMMANDANT SCHEEPERS'S "" MOVEMENTS. (Received Sept. 30, 8.46 a,m.) LONDON, 29th September. Scheopors's commando ha* crossed Oliftuits River in a south-easterly direction. [The outfall of Olifants River is on tho west coast of Capo Colony, nbout 140 miles \vest of tho town of Culvinia, a point that Hortxog passed on bis way south during the first raid. Schecpers is probably trying to reach Piquotberg, further south, in which district there are said to bo many disaffected Afrikanders. The settlers are mostly winegrowers and ostrich tanners, and are likely to give aid to tho raidcra. Piquetberg is only 80 miles north of Capetown, and was tho furthest point south reached by the Boers in their western raid early in tho year.]
