IN pursuance of the powers veßted in them by "Tho Hutt Public Park and Racccourso Act, 1866," of tho Provincial I Council of Wellington, and by "Tho Publio Reserves Act, 1881." and "Tho Publio Reserves Act Amendment ■Act, 1885," and also of all other powera and authorities thereunto enabling them, tho Hutt Park and Racecourse Board incorporated by tho said Provincial Act, being *tho ,Trustees having control of the Hutt Park Racecourse Reserve, do hereby mako and ordain tho' following rules and regulations: — 1. Tho Hutt Publio Park and Racecourse - shall bo available to tho Wellington Racing Club for tho purpose of hold- . ing a raco meeting thereon on Saturday ? the 20ni day of July, 1901, and during the wholo of that day subject to the condition that tho said Wellington Racing Club shall keep and maintain ordor upon tho' said Park and Racecourse on such day, and shall repair and restore any damage or injury which may bo done to the racecourse or tho lniilclings thereon consequent upon their use thereof. 2. The said Club shall by its' jtewardg, committee, judge, starter, clerk of scales, and other officers and servant* conduot its said meeting. 3. The following fees and charges shall be paid by all persons seeking admission to the said racecourso or any stand erected thereon and for admission of horses and vehicles to the racecourse and for occupation of the racecourse or any part thereof for the purpose of booths or stalls for the sale of refreshments, merchandise, goods, or chattels, or other right or v privilege, at the os.se my be, whilst the said race meeting is being held — that is to say : For admission to tho said racecourse oufeaide the stand enclosures, in respect of each person .^ • ... 2s Od For each horse and rider admitted to the course and not being a horse engaged in a race intended to bo run on tho day of such admission 2s 6d For each vohicle drawn by two horses, in addition to tho sums paid by passengers for admission 3s 0d FdT each veniclo .drawn by one horso, in addition to the Bums paid by passengers for admission - ...• 2s Od For admission to the grandstand enolosure in .respect of each person, in addition to the sum paid for admission to the courso 10s Od.
