Messrs. Mncdonald, Wilson and Co. will sell by (fuction, on the racecourse tomorrow, tho racehorses Incline Shot, by Torpedo — Honeysuckle, and nani Slick, by Foulnhot — Miss M'Leod. Both horses havu been in training for some time, and havo plenty of condition on them. Sneciul permission has been obtained to Tell the horsos immediately after they have completed their engagements — Indian Shot being engaged in the Hutt Flying and Winter Oats, and Sam Slick in the ( Hack and Hunters' Steeplechast.
