THE GAPE-AUSTRALIA CABLE.
+ [PBISB ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, 18th July. The Chairman of the Eastern., Telegraph Extension Company states that the cable between Mauritius andi West Australia will be opened before the end of the year, and that it is contemplated to have the whole system finished by the spring.
