LUIMUUN. ,» [PJIE3S ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, 27th June. • The conference with reference to the establishment of an Imperial Appellate Court met at the Colonial Office. The Right Hon. J. Chamberlain, Secretary of State for the Colonies, the Earl of Halsbury (Lord Chancellor), delegates representative of India, and the Crown Law Officer?, were present. , Mr. Chamberlain outlined the Government's proposals. The proceedings are strictly private.
