The clever mummers at jbhe Theatrt Royaf were greeted last nigfyt by a, very large' audience, and their songs' anu then and their* specialities of all kinds were received most heartily., Tbje present programme will be repeated 1 until Saturday evening. Fuller's vaudeville company at the Choral Hall had a very large audience last night, The amusement provided^was bright and crisp, and went without a lutcjh or a jerk throughout. ; The present programme will give place to a nejVpone on Saturday night. i>ir. Montgomery gave another very 'successful exhibition of his Bioscope viev/s of the funeral of the late Queen Victoria 'ap the Opera House last evening.' Hannah and his employees was further evidenced by the reWrnV'social" and dance tendered *to the employees by Mr. Hannah at the - Masonic Hall last night, on the ove«-of-his departure for the Old Coirofcry. The first part of the evening was spent in dancing, after which the party adjourned to th« , supper-room,, where a dainty repast was spread. Mr. Hannah opened the proceedings with a brief and hearty address to bis staff. A programme of toasts and songs was thqu gone through. The toasts included " The Employees," " Commercial Travellers^' "Heads of Departments," and 1 " The Press." Songs were contributed by MisseSjL. Smith, Cowan, and Leiz/and Messrs. I). Howitt and Bock. Mr. Hannah will take his departure for the Old World on Saturday. A large number of Yorkshiremen attended the monthly meeting at the Trocadero last evening. ' A challenge from tlie Gaelic Society, to play the return card, tournament was accepted. Mr. Bdyes Was appointed manager of the Tykes' team. Mr. Halliwell gave an, interesting sketch of the city of Bradford^ its,, surroundings, history, \arid general development, maki«g, special mention of its,parks and recreation-grounds. It was decided to make the next meeting open, to ladies atid friends of members,, and to accept the offer of, Mr. Cr»ig to give a limelight entertainment showing views of.Yorkshire, &o. .Songs were given by Mr. Simpson; a visitor from Napier, and. by Messrs. Applegarth and Bold, aftd an enjoyable evening nas conoluded at the card tables.
