That the Council do hereby declare all that, portion^of the private street known as - Crawford-rood lying within " tho Borough of Melrose to bo a publio street, and that this resolution shall bo confirmed as a Special Order at a subsequent Meeting of this Council to bo held on the 22nd day of April, 1901. 2.
