ILLNESS OF THE TSAR.
[press association.] LONDON, 15th November. News from St. Petersburg states that the Tsar, who had been suffering from influenza, has now developed typhoid. His general condition is satisfactory. (Received November 16, 8.43 a.m.) LONDON, 15th November. The newspapers generally profoundly regret the Tsar's illness, but are glad to record that the course df. the disease is Considered favourable.
