SETTLEMENT OF THE CASE. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received November 16, 8.5 4a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Wilkie divorce stub has been settled. Mr. Wilkie (a railway contractor, formerly of Patea, New Zealand) against whom a decree had been obtained by his wife, has abandoned his intention to appeal against the divorce and to institute a suit in equity. By the terms of settlement Mrs. Wilkie gets the custody of two of the children and Mr. Wilkie the third, and a deed of trust has been executed providing for the maintenance of the children and an income for Mrs. Wilkie.
