[PItESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, lOlli November. The Right Hon. Frank Green, who represents the Vintry Ward in the Court of A.dermen, was sworn in yesterday as Lord Mayor of London, with the usual ceremonies. The procession through the city was representative of the uniforms of the British Army and Navy, and the weapons of the century.
