There was a heavy gale blowing, at the time, and the work of destruction was very brief. , Tbe committee met yesterday and decided upon rebuilding immediately. Ifc is proposed to; put up a grandstand GOft long by 40f6 wide, covered in. There will' also be provided a ladies' cloak room, a large refreshment room and other apartments.
