' A five-years-old son of Mr. Duncan jM'Gregor, of Manaia, was killed this aiteruoon through a buggy in. which, with his parents, the child was riding being oveiturned. An infant belonging to Mr. M'Uregor is in a precarious condition. The others escaped injury. IDT TELEGRAPH PKKSS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, This Day. William O'Connell, a miner near Ciomwell, who was in town for medical advice, and was staying at Haydon's Hotel, Princes-street south, fell out of a window on to Hie pavement below, a distance of 30ft, during tho night. The body wn* found in a pool of blood at 5 o'clock this morning, life being extinct. Deceased Avas 66 yeais of age, and a mariicd man with a family.
