ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES

A man named John Moller was found in a dying condition in his house at Avondale to-day with a half-empty bottle of carbolic acid and a tumbler at his fide. Life was extinct before the doctor arrived. NAPIER, 18th July, At an inquest on Henry Hildred, aged 28, the' evidence showed that at a football match on Saturday he received a ki(?k iv the groin, but went on playing. Death was due to peritonitis, and a verdict to that effect waa returned.
