The objects of the proposed Bylaws are: — (1) To regulate the construction, as to materials, of Buildings within tho Borough. (2) To regulate the erection of houses not having a fuontage to a street and to prevent the overcrowding of ground with houses. (3) To impose penalties for breaches of the Bylaw.
