FOOTBALL.
At the annual meeting of the Fourthclass Association, Mr. R. H. Davenport in the chair, the following officers were elected : — Patron, Bishop Wallace (reelected) ; President, Mr R. H. Davenport (re-elected) ; Vice - Presidents, Messrs. Courtenay, F. Earle, A. E. Gibbs, C. E. Fordham, Wolfe, Auld, Williams, and the Rev. Mr. Bartlelt ; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr. H. Davenport. Eight, teams entered ior the .competitions, and ' the number of teams would have been increased but for the shortage of grounds. Fixtures are to be drawn next Tuesday night, and play starts on the 19th May.
