Decreasing pressure everywhere until about 5 pm, since when it has increased slowly north of Napier and New Plymouth, but has generally decreased slowly everywhere else. NW to S\V Kales have been experienced on the west coast of both islauds, with heavy thunderstorms nnd hnavy rain northward of Cnpo Egmont and Tauranga, and snow has f.illen on all high country in Otago.
