TEMPTING OFFERS TO EXSOLDIERS. 'LARGE ADDITIONS TO RESERVE EXPECTED. [PHESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received February 23, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd February. In connection with the army increase scheme formulated by the War Office, a bounty of £22 is offered to ex-soldiers re-joining the reserve for a year and a bounty of £6 to those re-joining tho militia. It is expected that forty-five thousand men will be enrolled as the result of these offers.
