♦ TRAFFIC OPEN RIGHT ACROSS SIBERIA. [PKTCSS ASSOCIATION/] ST. PETERSBURG, 2nd January. The Trans-Baikal section of the great Siberian Railway has now been completed, , direct communication being thus established between St. Petersburg and the Pacific.
