These included the erection of an Industrial Hall, a central morgue, new bridges and a fire brigade station, all of which will shortly be completed. ( Colonel Otter, the commandant of the Canadian contingent, picked lu3 men carefully. He raid " I don't care for big men. I want breadth, not depth." And he got a fine deep-chested set of men.
