A telegram received from the Far E:wt by lleuter's Agency states that owing to the unwillingness of the Chinese authorities to order the execution of the official responsible for the murder of two French officers at Montnno, opposite the island of Hainan, southern China, Franco has demanded the degradation of the Viceroy at Canton.
