The first round of the Senior Championship is now completed, Grange, Cari?brook, and Dunedin all tying for the lead. In the cricket Championship matches on Saturday Greytown seniors defeated Peatherston by 84 runs, the scores being 259 to 175; Cartorton seniors beat Maslerton by 112 runs, the total scores being 302 to 190. At the end of the first round Carlerton is leading for tho. Championship. PUBLIC SCHOOLS COMPETITION.
