NATIVES THREATEN TO RISE.
(Received November 24, 9.25 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 23rd November. The Boers ore overrunning Biddy East, a town in the north-cast part of Cape Colony, about 30 miles south-east of Lady Grey. Many of the natives of the district are arming themselves with rifles and assegais, and threaten resistance to the invaders. [Both Lady Grey and Barkly East are situated close to the border of Basutoland, the natives of which have old scores with the Boers to pay off.]
