Lord Salisbury is suffering from influenza, aud is incapacitated from attending to State affairs. His Lordship was deeply touched at the sympathy expressed by the colonial AgentsGeneral at the death of the Marchioness. The Tsar and many other royalties also sent messages of condolence with the Prime Minister. (Received November 24, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, 23 rd November. Lord Salisbury's condition gives no ground for alarm.
