A SPEAKER CHARGED WITH PARTIALITY. FIERCE FIGHTING IN TH|j CHAMBER. PARLIAMENT PROROGUED FOR FOUR MONTHS. [I>BK9S ASSOCIATION.] (Received July 8, 8.45 a.m.) Rome, 2nd July. The re-constituted Pelloux Ministry, which took office in the middle of May, has had its business greatly obstructed in tbe Chamber of Deputies of late, aud tho struggle between parties has led up to terrible scenes of disorder in the legislative hulls. . The obstructionist?, finding themselves in a minority, charged the Speaker of the Chamber with favouring the Ministerialist cause. Au uproar ensued, and when a division was afterwards taken, thoro was fierce fighting around tho urns in which the votes of members were being dropped. In the - melee Baron Sonuino, a distinguished Italian politician, met with somewhat verious injuries. In consequence of tlio seriousness of the strain in tlio relations between tho rival parties, Parliament bos been prorogued until November noxt.
