EXECUTION OF A KITCHEN SERVANT. (Received April 18, 9.25 a.m.) Cabul, 17th April. A cook in tbe employ ot" Ishak Khan, brother of the Ameer of Afghanistan, has been hanged at Samarkand for an attempt to poison his master.
