[PEESS ASSOCIATION.] (Eeceived February 8, 9.10 a.m.) Beisbane, This Day. Negotiations are proceeding between the Government and the Imperial authorities' in reference to the suggestion made by the Secretary of State for the Colonies for the payment to the New Guinea Land Syndicate of the out-of-pocket expenses incurred since April last.
