Palmerston North. Thts Day. At a meeting of the North Island Trotting Association last evening, delegates le presenting all the principal chrbs were present. The. appeal lodged against the disqualification of Hr. H. D. Limbrick's horse Rockavoojl and the mler (Edwards), for inconsistent running at tho Petone Trotting Meeting, Avas allowed, and it Avar unanimously decided that the nvestigation into the circumstances surrounding the running of the horse by the SteAvards of •the Wellington Trotting Club Ava»s altogether i'TCgul.ir, ami that a ilagrant breach of the Rules of Trotting had been .committed.
