VICTORIA'S REVIVAL
AN OPTIMISTIC PREDICTION BY THE PREMIER. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received January 27, 9.50 a.m.) Melbourne, This Day. Sir George Turner, Premier of Victoria, speaking at the Natives' Association's demonstration, had no hesitation in saying that Victoria was now on the high road to permanent prosperity. ' He expects at the end of the year a surplus of at least £150,000.
