WESTPORT COAL COMPANY. A PROFITABLE YEAR.

[BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, 25th January. The annual report of the Westport Coal Company shows a profit for the year of £17,257 9s 7d. The directors propose to pay a dividend of 4£ per cent, (making 7 per cent for the yoar), which will absorb £9353 12s 2d, and to carry to the reserve £2500, a sum of £6179 8s 9d being carried forward.
