THE DREYFUS SENSATION. ■♦ CONDITION OF THE PRISONER. SOME PARTICULARS OF THE SECRET DOSSIER. [press association.] London, 27th December. v A letter from a Cayenne resident reports that ex-Captain Dreyfus — who is still a prisoner ou the He dv Diable— was unmoved when the news of the prospect of the revision of his sentence by the Court of Cassation was conveyed to him. It is said that the captive is mentally enfeebled and much depressed. It is expected that he will sail for France on 3rd January. 28th December. M. de Blowitz, Paris correspondent of The Times, announces that the secret dossier will be communicated to Dreyfus's counsel and to Dreyfus himself. It records the names of certain French secret agents abroad, and explains the means of espionage adopted by the Intelligence Department to procure forged documents .to convict Dreyfus.
