TO BE FOLLOWED BY A DUEL. [press association. J Vienna, 26th December. The President of tbe National Party in the Diet grossly insulted Count Banffy, the Hungarian Premier, accusing him of deceit. Count Banffy retorted that the statement was false and cowardly. A duel is being arranged.
