INTENTIONS OF THE EMPRESS EUGENIE. [PEESS ASSOCIATION."] Paeis, 25th December. It is understood that the Empress Eugenic, widow of Napoleon 111., intends to leave by her will £2,000,000 to Prince Victor, the present head of the house of Bonaparte. This amount has accrued from the sum for which the life of the late Prince Imperial (who was killed in the Zulu War) was insured.
