ADJUSTABLE HANDLE BARS. . All modern oycles are nowadays fitted with adjustable handle bars, to enable riders to adjust the bar at the correct angle for comfortable riding. At the top of the stem at the handle bar a lug is fixed, in which the handle bar is gripped by a clamping bolt. This is an extremely safe fastening, as there is no chance of the stem of the handle bar breaking owing to the cap-joint being weak at the junction of the stem and bar. For hilly country this part of the machine must be secure, and positively safe. The Eadie Manufacturing Company (Limited), England, make the Star handle bars in several patterns, aud all adjustable. Call and inspect the modern Stars, built up of all improvements. Address Star Cycle Company, Mercerstreet, Wellington.— Advt
