Subsequently the Drawing Committee allocated the grounds at the Athletic Park next Saturday for the Athletic- Kia Ora and Old Boys- Wellington Junior Championship matches, while the use o[ Newtown Park was granted for the Post v. Times contest, and for the Saturday following to Messrs. Scoullar & Chisholm. Mr. L. De Vere, a well-known Nelson footballer and cricketer, and a member of championship teams, has been transferred to the Petone Railway Workshops.
