MR. MOSS RESIGNS ONE OF HIS OFFICES. [by telegraph — press association.] Auckland, This Day. News from Rarotonga states that Mr. Moss, British Resident, wrote to Queen Nakea resigning his position of adviser to the Cook Islands Government, and the Queen has accepted the resignation.
