COMMON MINISTERS.
TO THE EDITOR. Str — T observe an expression of Mrs. Tasker lo the Premier yesterday in regard to Ministers making themselves too common in receiving deputations. I wonder what the feeling of the right hon. gentleman must have been by such an expression coining from Mrs. Tasker, she being before him at the same time on a deputation headed by Mr. Ailnn Orv — no less a personage than a ine«*>enijer in the Government Insurance Department, appointed by the right hon. gentleman himself, and a servant of the Crown in that humble capacity. I am, &c, ■" Cog. Observer. Wellington, 19th July, IS9B.
