Te Kapu, was to-day lined Hie minimum penalty of £1 for a breach of the Post Oilice Act in leaving port for Gisborne without giving at least 24. hours' notice to the postmaster. The Supreme Court will open to-morrow with a moderate calendar comprising eight charges against nine prisoners.
