"TVTOTICE is hereby given that application JLtI .is intended to bo mado at tho next session of tho General Assembly of New Zealand for leave to bring in a Bill to authorise tho promoter and his assigns and licensees to use and hiro for use any vehiclo propelled by mechanical power which unladen is undor threo tons in weight, either used alone or for the purpose of drawing one vehiclo, and no more, of such weight that tho combined weight of the two whon unladen shall not exceed four tons, such vohiclo being so constructed that no smoko or visible vapour is emitted therefrom, except from some temporary or accidental causo.
