OUR DEFENCE FORCES.
The uniform of the "Wellington Cycling Corps is to be kharkee with maroon lacings and field-service caps. Lieuts. Muir and Magnus, Sergt. Hutson, and Private It. Hood are to order the uniform. The corps was drilled last night and acquitted itself creditably. A parade of the Civil Service Rifles and meetings of the Natives' Association Corps and the College Rifles will be held to-night. The commissions of Lieuts. H. G. Snodgrass and E. "W. P. Bucholz, both of the Wellington City Rifles, are gazettecl.
