THE WESTRALIAN MINING REGULATIONS.
« [PBESB ASSOCIATION.] (Eeeeived May 27, 9.30 a.m.) London, 26th May. At a meeting held uuder the auspices of the Westrnlian Chamber of Mines it was resolved that the system , of dual mining titles was most undesirable. It requested the Premier, Sir John Forrest, to give the leaseholders exclusive rights.
